PROspective Privacy Policy

About this policy

PROspective is used by authorized organizations to manage project and site information.

Data Collected

The app may collect information such as user email addresses, project records, site data, photos uploaded by users, and location information when provided by the user.

Location and Earlier Survey Records

With your permission, PROspective uses location while the app is in use to geotag equipment. Wi-Fi surveying is not available in this release; the app does not scan nearby Wi-Fi networks or collect location in the background.

Previously collected survey records may remain as authorized project records until removed through your organization or support. Disabling the feature does not delete existing records. Survey data is not used for advertising or sold.

How Data Is Used

Data is used solely to provide app functionality, including project management, documentation, and collaboration features.

Data Sharing

Data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers that support app functionality (e.g. cloud hosting).

User Control

Access to data is managed by each organization. Users should contact their organization administrator for access or data removal requests.
